Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use RollPoll. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, and do not spam, abuse, or interfere with the service. RollPoll has zero tolerance for content that sexualizes or endangers minors. See our Community Guidelines.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant RollPoll a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app so we can operate the service.

Moderation & termination

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You can stop using RollPoll and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

RollPoll is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user-posted content or for interruptions to the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
