RollPollWhat is prohibited
Child sexual abuse material of any kind. Sexualized depictions of minors, whether photographic, drawn, or generated. Sexual or romantic solicitation of a minor. Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to arrange contact with a minor for sexual purposes. Trafficking or endangerment of a minor. Content that normalizes, promotes, or seeks such material or conduct. These rules apply to posts, polls, comments, profiles, group content, and direct messages.
Minimum age
RollPoll is for people aged 13 and over, or the minimum age required in your country if it is higher. The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly permit accounts for them. Accounts we identify as belonging to someone under the minimum age are removed.
How to report a child safety concern
Anyone can report content from inside the app. Open the menu on a post, comment, or profile and choose Report. Group content can be reported from the group menu. Reports reach a moderation queue reviewed by our team.
You can also report directly to rollpollhq@gmail.com at any time, including if you cannot access the app. Reports about child safety are prioritized above all other reports.
How we respond
We review child safety reports as a priority and act on them without waiting for further reports. Confirmed violations result in immediate removal of the content and permanent termination of the account. We preserve the relevant records where we are required or permitted to do so.
We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), which shares reports with law enforcement, and we cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement and regulators.
Prevention
Search terms are filtered against a server-side blocklist that blocks queries associated with this material. Users can block any account, which stops all contact and hides content in both directions. Groups can require approval to join. Our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines state these rules and are enforced through account suspension and removal.
